Do you have bulky items sitting around that you're ready to part with?
The Freecycle Roundup is your opportunity to drop off items at no cost and help reduce the number of reusable items ending up in the Frederick County landfill.
📅 Event Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025
🕗 Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Location: 111 Airport Drive East (21701)
The City of Frederick will accept the following items on-site:
-Furniture
-Appliances
-Bicycles
-Large toys / Swing sets
-Mattress / Box Springs (limit 3 per household)
-Mowers, W**d eaters, trimmers (fluids removed)
-Grills (no tanks)
🔸 All items must be less than 7 feet in length
🔸 No bags of trash will be accepted
Local charitable organizations may also be on-site to accept:
-Clothes, purses, belts, shoes
-Books, CDs, DVDs, VHS, etc.
-Furniture
-Electronics and computer equipment; TVs
-Plastics
📄 Document shredding will be available on-site!
Note: This event is for residents of The City of Frederick only. Proof of residency will be required.
